This project consists of 78 one, two, and three bedroom townhouses with amenities that include a community clubhouse, playground, and walking trails. Specifically designed for Disaster Resilience, the 11 acre multifamily development is being built to help restore areas that were deeply impacted by hurricanes Laura and Delta. The new homes will also be certified under Energy Star, and as an Enterprise Green Community.
