The Groves is a planned workforce housing community of 94 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 35 single family homes. A community center with an adjacent park promotes neighborhood activity and involvement. The project was funded through a Community Development Block Grant and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.  It follows the Green Communities Criteria by using sustainable design strategies. Concordia Architects provided schematic design. An expansion consisting of 25 single family houses was completed afterwards.
